The room was clean and cosy, and the bed was super comfy. I loved having tea and coffee in the room. Windows didn't open much, so it got a bit stuffy. The bathroom was small but clean, although not ideal for tall people. Pretty decent for a short stay in London.

Hotel room was clean and in a convenient location

Bathroom door handle was broken, unable to close the door. We reported it and the problem was resolved. Only one cup provided for coffee in the room, saucers were dirty. Breakfast was basic, no fresh fruit and a saucer provided instead of a plate
